Who is eligible?

- You must have maintained a continuous subscription for the full 90‑day period.

What does “follow the program exactly as recommended” mean?  

To qualify for the guarantee, you must complete the following minimum requirements (based on your tier):

To qualify for a full refund, you must complete all of the following actions based on your membership tier:

 🔐 Weekly Logins

- Log into your member dashboard at least 5 days per week for the full 90 days.

 📚 Pillar Completion

- Complete 100% of the Core 4 modules (RELEASE, MOBILIZE, NOURISH, REST) within the first 60 days.

 📝 Progress Check‑ins

- Submit a bi‑weekly progress report (short form inside your dashboard) – at least 6 reports total.

 💬 Community Engagement

- Post or comment in the online community at least once per week (shows active participation).

 🎧 For $100 Tier (Recorded Content)

- Watch at least 80% of the video library for each pillar.

 🎤 For $200 Tier (One‑on‑One Coaching)

- Attend at least 7 out of 12 scheduled coaching sessions.

You must also follow the nutritional, movement, and rest guidelines as presented in the program. “Exactly as recommended” means making a good‑faith effort to adhere to the teachings – not occasional or inconsistent use.

What qualifies as “not meeting your health goal”?  

- You selected a specific, measurable health goal when you joined (e.g., lose 15 pounds, reduce joint pain by 50%, lower blood pressure to normal range, sleep 7+ hours per night).  

- After 90 days of full compliance, you have not achieved at least 50% of that goal (e.g., lost less than 7.5 pounds, or no measurable improvement).  

- You must provide evidence (e.g., before/after photos, weight logs, fitness test results, or a short self‑assessment).

How to request your refund  

1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “90‑Day Guarantee Request”.  

2. Include your full name, email address on file, and the health goal you set.  

3. Attach any supporting documentation (progress reports, photos, etc.).  

4. Requests must be submitted between day 85 and day 95 of your subscription. Requests outside that window are not eligible.

What happens after you request?  

- We will verify your compliance using your dashboard activity, progress reports, and community posts.  

- If approved, we will refund 100% of the subscription fees you paid for the initial 90‑day period (excluding any add‑ons, coaching extras, or physical products).  

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.  

- Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund, and you will lose access to the platform.

Exclusions – when the guarantee does not apply  

- You cancel your subscription before day 90.  

- You miss any of the compliance requirements listed above.  

- Your health goal was unrealistic or not measurable (e.g., “feel better” without a baseline).  

- You did not engage with the community or coaching calls (where applicable).  

- You experienced a medical condition or injury that prevented you from following the program (we will work with you individually in those cases).  

- You request a refund outside the 85‑95 day window.

Changes to this policy  

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time. However, any active member who joined while the guarantee was offered will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of their signup.
